On Guard.

Just came back from my 1st fencing training, and I must say it was SHIOK! Physical training ain’t so tough compared to canoe-ing or dragonboating, which is xiong. Fencing only focuses on the lower part of your body; legs and thighs.

Today, learnt alot about the stance in fencing, how to move forwards and back, “sword arm” the extension of the arm to indicate that you are attacking and lunges which is to attack/stab your opponent.

Well, finally I have found my main CCA that I want to focus on. Next goal is to fence for SP! On Guard!
