Psyched! If I could summarise today’s training in just one word, that would be the word. I didn’t expect to start “bout-ing” today. Had a really great bout with Kendrick. We put on the suit which was called a “lame” (pro-nounced : LAH-MEH), saluted to each other, wore the mask and ALLEZ!

There’s something about foil fencing that makes me attracted to it other than the epee and sabre. Yeah, can’t wait for next training!
